Refund Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026Slowdance is made and operated by TKN Studio. Orders on our-movie-moment.agistri.app are processed by our reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record.
- Within 14 days of your first payment: full refund if you're not happy with your video (a cinematic still plus a 5-second video), for any reason.
- If your video (a cinematic still plus a 5-second video) can't be created and we can't fix it, you're refunded in full. Credits used on a creation that fails come back to your account automatically; if a result came out wrong, email us and we'll return its credits.
- Renewals: subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancel anytime at customer.dodopayments.com and you won't be billed again. If a renewal surprised you, email us within 14 days of it and we'll refund it.
- How to ask: email tknappstudio@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, or find your order at customer.dodopayments.com. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
